SAINTS WIN THE SUPERBOWL!!!!!!!!!!!

On Sunday, February 7th, 2010....the New Orleans Saints played & won their 1st Superbowl! Superbowl 44 was played in Miami, Florida by the New Orleans Saints and the Indianapolis Colts. The Saints defeated the Colts 31-17....no one (in the media) said they could do it....but THEY DID.....THEY WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our friends The Ortiz Family once again graciously opened their home to us.  We ate & watched the game. We had some delicious food!!! Fajitas, Ribs, Hot Wings, Who Dat & Saints cookies, and a black & gold kingcake!!!

Then it was time to watch the game......

My sweet hubby has waited his whole life for this moment! He had tears in his eyes & couldn't even talk to his family because he was so choked  up.

We finally found it.....Lawrence's fortune.

This was in a fortune cookie at a Chinese restaurant in Round Rock, TX that we went to for lunch one day in August (after the kids started school). Lawrence BELIEVED in this fortune & it came TRUE!!!
